Insurance claims are processed through Floyd County Medical Center. The hospital admission staff is trained to work with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Wellmark), United Health, and other major insurance plans and providers. They are always happy to help you with your questions.

Prior to your first visit with us you will need to stop at the hospital admissions office and provide them with your insurance information.

If your plan requires pre-approval please have this completed before you stop in the admissions office. Many times your physician will help you with this.
